· lf you buy the product of Luftrum, you may enjoy the two year whole machine guarantee provided by Shenzhen Luftrum Co, Ltd. The warranty period will be calculated since the isuing date of the purchase invoice.
· Please safeguard your purchase invoice or related vouchers and Luftrum Warranty Card (it must be within the warranty period) as the important evidence of the warranty service.


Provide the efective purchase invoice or purchase voucher;
Provide Warranty Card of Luftrum Fresh Air Purifier, which must be within the guarantee period;
Breakdown caused by non-artificial reason;
If you fail to provide the ffective purchase voucher and warranty card, the purchase date will be calculated according to the ex factory date on the product voucher;
If your product is determined as the breakdown caused by material, technique or malfunction through examination of Luftrum, Luftrum will provide free maintenance

For the fllowing conditions, Luftrum will not provide free maintenance services for your product within the warranty period:
You do not use it according to the operation manual, which leads to the damage or breakdown out of improper use and neglectof nursing;
There is no Lufrum Warranty Card and the efective
The model/machine body number on Luftrum Warranty Card does not keep in line with the model/machine body number on the specification label of the product to be repaired;
The product beyond the warranty period and the damage caused by force majeure, such as earthquake/flood, fre, etc.


Our objective is to arange door-to-door pickup on the second working day after you call the Luftrum hotline service center. Averagely speaking, after cllecting your product to be repaired, our express cooperative party will deliver it to our maintenance center within 3 working days. The engineer in the maintenance center wllty to finish the repair work within one to three working days. After that, it will be given to our express cooperative party. It is predicted to deliver the product to you within 3 working days. The actual maintenance time depends on the concrete conditions.
